Story Protocol raises $54M from investors including a16z and Endeavor
Variety: Story Protocol, which is developing what it says is an open system for extending intellectual property through online collaboration and paying any number of contributors, announced that it has raised more than $54M in funding. The funding was led by a16z crypto, part of venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, along with investors including Endeavor and Samsung Ventures.

Ivy raises $20M to take open-banking payments international
TechCrunch: Open banking has the potential to be one of the payment world’s big disruptors: get it to work right, and it could supplant giant networks (and network fees) like Visa’s when it comes to taking and making payments wherever you might be. Today, a startup out of Berlin called Ivy, which has built an API to create a “network of networks” for open banking payments globally, is announcing some funding in its bid to make that a reality.

Founded in 2022 by Gaia Salizzoni and Vittoria Brolis, Hale is on a mission to revolutionize patient care through a home-care management app designed to guide genito-pelvic patients throughout their health journey. Hale aims to bridge the gap in pain research and offer much-needed support to women experiencing pelvic pain.

Tech.eu: German EV charging firm ChargeX is tackling the bottleneck of power grids and the shortage of skilled workers with what it claims is a plug-and-play type solution, requiring no installation specialist. It wants to tap into the predicted 76%-88% increase in demand for charge points in Germany by 2030.
